Check Your Eligibility
Log in to the MyCAA Portal and confirm your eligibility. You must be the spouse of an active-duty service member in pay grades E-1 to E-6, W-1 to W-2, or O-1 to O-3. If your spouse is in the National Guard or Reserves, you may also qualify while they are on Title 10 active-duty orders. MyCAA is designed to support military spouses by funding career-focused education, so checking your eligibility early ensures you can take full advantage of the program.
Choose a MyCAA-Approved Program

Create & Submit Your Education Plan
Once you’ve selected a program, the next step is to create your official Education & Training Plan (E&TP) and submit it for approval through the MyCAA portal. Training Camp will provide you with all the necessary details, including course descriptions, costs, and required materials, to ensure a smooth approval process. MyCAA requires that your chosen program leads to a certification, license, or associate degree in a portable career field, so our team will work with you to make sure your education plan meets all requirements. Approval typically takes a few business days, and once it’s finalized, you’ll be able to move forward with securing funding.
Apply for MyCAA Funding & Start Training
After your education plan is approved, you can request financial assistance through MyCAA to cover your tuition and begin your training. MyCAA funding is applied directly to Training Camp, so you won’t have to worry about handling payments yourself. Once enrolled, you’ll receive expert-led instruction, hands-on training, and all necessary course materials to help you succeed.
